Who says philosophy has to happen around a table?

Philosophy may be better with fresh air. This time, we’re taking Stoicism for a walk through beautiful Djurgården. We’ll wander through nature, enjoy the scenery, and talk about Stoic ideas along the way - what they mean, whether they actually work, and how they show up in our everyday lives.

And we’re hardly the first to combine walking and philosophy. The ancient Greek Peripatetic tradition, associated with Aristotle and his Lyceum, has long been linked with thinking, teaching and discussing ideas while walking.

We may stop for a coffee along the way because even Stoics are allowed a fika 😊

Come walk, think, talk and enjoy Djurgården with us. 🌿
