What we’re about
✨What is Indique?
Indique (in-deek) is a little supper club I started out of a simple love for cooking and connecting with people. It’s always been easier to bond over a shared passion or curiosity, and with Indique I get to fuel my own passion for cooking while also creating a space where others can come together.
For me, it’s deeply fulfilling to see a community grow around the table, people who are open, curious, and excited to try new food.
Each gathering has its own seasonal, one time only menu. Once a series ends, the dishes disappear with it, which makes every table unique. Expect a multi-course vegetarian feast of homestyle regional Indian cooking, sometimes traditional, sometimes reimagined, always made to be shared. These are flavors you won’t often find outside of Indian homes.
Indique was never meant to be a restaurant. It’s about slowing down, meeting new people, and enjoying good food in good company. That’s why dinners are small, just 8 guests around the table, so there’s space for everyone to talk, laugh, and connect. Some of you might just share an evening; others might leave with a new friend for life.
I’m not a professional chef, just an amateur who loves to cook and share stories about food and culture. Indique is my way of bringing people together in the most natural way I know: by feeding them.
💸 Tickets usually range from 400–600 SEK, depending on the menu and theme.

👩🍳Meet the chef
Prachi is a data scientist by day, but her real joy comes from cooking and gathering people around a table. She grew up in Mumbai, surrounded by the flavors and traditions of Indian home cooking, and now draws inspiration from both those memories and the seasonal produce of Sweden.
Indique was born from her wish to share that love of food while creating a space where people can slow down, talk, and connect. For her, it’s not just about the dishes—it’s about the stories, the culture, and the conversations that happen when strangers become friends over a meal.
