A vibrant journey through the bustling Khau Gallis (food lanes) of India. This edition is about the crunch of the chaat, the kick of the spice, and the unapologetic joy of India’s iconic street corners. Expect a menu that is bold, tangy, and addictive.
🍽️ What is Indique?
Indique is a ticketed supper club that sits somewhere between a restaurant and a dinner party with friends. Each gathering features a one-time menu shaped by a theme, a season, or a memory. When the edition ends, the dishes retire too, creating a dining experience that lives only once.

Prachi is a Data Scientist by day and a passionate cook at heart. For this edition, she’s bringing the heat and soul of Indian street food to Sweden. Drawing from the flavors of Mumbai’s beaches and Gujarat’s corners, she creates menus that bridge the gap between memory and plate. Through Indique, she shares her love for thoughtful cooking, storytelling, and community.
