**Stockholm Table Tennis Meetup **

Join us for table tennis event of this Saturday! This is a great opportunity to meet fellow table tennis enthusiasts, improve your skills, and enjoy some friendly competition.

### Event Details:

• Time: The event will take place from 16:00 to 17:30 on Wednesday.
• Location: Frescati Sports Centre, Pingis Table 1 and 2.

### Match Fee:

The match fee for this event is 55 SEK. Please ensure that payments are made at least 24 hours before the event, by Friday, at 18:00.

• Important: Only make a payment if your spot has been confirmed. If you join late, please check with the organizer before proceeding with the payment.
• No-Show Policy: If you decide not to attend, please move yourself to the Not-Going list before 24 hours of the event. Otherwise, you will be required to pay the match fee.

### Payment Options:

1. Swish: Send the payment to HAWU AB (Swish number: 123 243 4181). Please include a message in the format: "YOUR MEETUP NAME - DATE OF EVENT".
2. Cash: If you prefer to pay in cash, please confirm your participation by sending a message on Meetup or texting me by Friday.

### Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Cancellation: You can cancel your participation up to 24 hours before the event. A cancellation fee of 10 SEK will be deducted to cover transaction charges.
• Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 24 hours of the event, a refund will be provided only if someone else takes your spot.
• Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
