By exploring and unleashing new sides of ourselves, we can expand on the current version of who we are.
Even though we tend to get into the habit of showing up in the world in certain ways, really, there are many different “types” of personality.
And if we give ourselves the freedom to explore more of them, even going outside personality types that we’re most used to, we end up with a more complete expression of who we are as women.
We are more comfortable showing up in all sorts of different ways and we’re empowered to choose how we want to be at different times.

ENTER THE ARENA
This is something you can explore to a certain level on your own. But if you practice in a vacuum, you’ll always eventually hit a wall.
In this course, you’ll explore different ways of being while also being in connection to other people.
Think of it as a kind of playground where we have fun together while also doing very real personal development work.
We're expanding rapidly our sense of who we really are.

THE JOURNEY

This is a 5-week online journey, and the structure looks like this:
Week 1: introduction and connection. Intention setting. Basic voice and style toolkits that we’ll use for the rest of the experience
Week 2: Boss bitch - embody your inner go-getter, the one who takes no bullshit, says it like it is, who makes things happen, the one nobody messes with. The moneymaker
Week 3: Artist - connect to the playfulness of your inner child and unleash your creative side
Week 4: Soft feminine - meet slowness and melt into the soft, grounded and receptive feminine energy
Week 5: Sexy seductress - unleash your beast and the unrivalled power of your sensuality
Sessions will be 1,5-2 hours long starting at 18:30 over 5 Tuesdays starting on January 21st.
