Join us to do yoga outdoors with a beatiful view in Edsviken, next to the Tennis courts:

Yoga style: Hatha yoga (Vinyasa and Iyengar). Learn to flow in you yoga practice while caring about your alignment.

Bring with you a Yoga mat or a blanket and a sweater.

If it rains the yoga is canceled.
