Stomptown is THE country-western dancing community for all LBGTQ and gay-friendly dancers in Portland. We dance every other weekend on the 1st Fridays at Escape Bar & Grill and on the 3rd Friday at Dance with Joy Studios!
Come join our welcoming, friendly and diverse crowd for social dancing fun! Don't know how to dance? No problem--we do lessons, and you don't need to bring a partner! In fact, click on Pages to get more dance instruction and information.
And...we're volunteer-run! All funds go to support Stomptown activities--providing instruction and social dance opportunities and promoting country-western dance in and for our community!
All welcome--boots to sneakers, Wranglers to boas! Women, men, transgender and more!
