LGBTQ Social Dance

Our next event comes up next Saturday, February 22nd at Norse Hall going from 7pm to 11pm.
Our cover fee at this location is a sliding scale $10-20, with no one turned away for lack of funds. Our cover fee allows us to rent the dance hall and pay our instructors for their time and expertise.

The lesson will be a West Coast Swing 101 taught by Jane, followed by a brief beginner two-step lesson by Lou.

DJ Ra will be playing a great mix of songs for two-step, waltz, line dance, and west coast swing throughout the night! Our line dance request sheet will be at the DJ booth, come on up and check off the dances you want to do and the DJ will add the most popular to the playlist for the night.

At Norse Hall take a right and go up the stairs when you enter. The bar is located downstairs.

All our lessons and dances are beginner and two left feet friendly. Check out our website at www.stomptown.org for examples of the styles of dance we do and our line dance library!

Our Norse Hall location is located up a flight of stairs with no elevator. The stairs and hallway are well lit and the dance room is dim. There are two multi stall bathrooms. Parking is located in a small lot behind the building or on the street.
