About us
Waking up tired. Not after a bad night. After eight full hours.
That’s usually the first sign, and it’s the one people ignore the longest. Then it’s snapping at someone you actually like. Then it’s sitting in front of a task you know how to do, and not starting.
Most advice tells you the problem is that you do too little. Wake up earlier. Be more disciplined. Fix the system. I believed that for years, and pushing harder only made me more tired.
The problem is somewhere else. Nobody ever taught you how to be with discomfort. Your brain learned to route around it instead, and that routing costs energy every single day. That’s the piece almost nobody names, and it’s what this group is built on.
Who I am. I’m Yan. Certified coach, ICF-accredited training, 600+ client sessions in private practice. Currently finishing a Master of Social Work in the US. I’m not here as somebody who solved this from the outside. I’ve been on the other side of it.
What happens. I bring one topic each session, something specific about what chronic stress does in the body and what actually changes it. Then the floor opens. Ask, share where you are right now, or just listen. Nobody has to speak.
About an hour. Online. Free.
What I offer here is educational, not clinical treatment. When something heavier is going on for someone, I’ll say so and point toward the right support.
Come as you are. Camera optional.
