Tell-A-Tale
Details
Have you ever thought of being on a podcast- sharing your story, speaking your truth, and being truly heard without the fear of microphones, recordings, or getting it “right”?
In this episode of Tell-A-Tale, we host a podcast-style storytelling workshop that gently invites participants to explore their voice through spoken stories. Designed to be reflective, warm, and completely pressure-free, the session encourages you to respond to simple prompts, speak out loud, and listen deeply. There’s no mic, no recording, and no performance expectations, just space to express yourself as you are.
This is storytelling without an audience, podcasts without the pressure.
It’s about expression, not perfection.
What to Expect
- Respond to thoughtfully designed storytelling prompts
- Speak your story out loud in a safe, supportive space
- Discover patterns, emotions, and insights through shared listening
- Build confidence in your voice without the pressure to perform
This Session’s Focus: Finding Your Voice
This Tell-A-Tale session will explore:

- The quiet power of being heard
Come as you are, with stories half-formed, words unfinished, and a willingness to speak.
