S.H.A.P.E: A Product & Engineering Framework

With summer here, we're exploring the best the world has to offer. But Stories of The Web is always looking for opportunities to teach and gather knowledge, so we're twisting this session with our passionate Costin Busioc ^-^, and he'll bring an invitee to drive his framework home.

Costin is a Product Manager with deep technical roots and a background in Backend Engineering. He has worked for various companies, from startups to enterprises like Bloomberg, Amazon, Hootsuite, and Snyk (in Bucharest, London, and New York).

You'll find him traveling the world like there is no tomorrow and deep-diving into building products like the whole market is his. Now, he has found a recipe that works, and he's ready to share it with you all.

In his own words:
There has always been a quest to find the best framework to work with. Agile is pretty much the norm in town right now, but what happens when moving fast meets time to focus and ownership taken to another level?
I'll present you with a framework I'm working with that is abstracted from a newer methodology (Shape Up). I've put it together with Aleodor, the Engineering Manager I'm currently working with, and it has led to a tremendous increase in time to focus on the team and value delivery over the last six months.
