What we’re about
We are a group of friendly and creative people who play storytelling-focused tabletop roleplaying games. We improvise fun stories from scratch, with no preparation.
Come join us! Enjoy improvising some fun stories, meet new people, make friends!
Everybody's welcome! It doesn't matter if you've never tried story games before or never played roleplaying games at all - join one of our events and try it out!
Examples of games we play:
-
Mirage - the players (you) play as the heroes going on an adventure in an imaginary world, describing what they say and do, and the Game Master (the narrator of the story) describes the world around them and plays as non-player character. This is a typical TTRPG experience (think "Dungeons and Dragons"), but with much simpler rules, focused on storytelling, improvisation, and roleplay (rather than mathy rules and combat encounters).
-
Strangeville Files - improvise mysteries in the style of Gravity Falls, Scooby Doo, Harry Potter.
-
Roleplay Academy - short-form improv games for playing fun scenes and coming up with fun and creative ideas.
-
Pitchstorm - pitch ridiculous movie ideas and play out scenes from these movies.
-
Storybound - improvise roleplaying adventures from scratch, with no preparation.
-
Worlds Weird and Wonderful - create weird and wonderful fictional worlds together.
-
Unscripted - improvise movies and stories.
-
Once Upon a Time - a collaborative storytelling game based on classic fairy tales.
-
Goblin Errands - play as adorable goblins going on errands to a big city to obtain things for their tribe.
-
The Score - play as the group of greatest thieves in the world pulling off the heist of the century.
-
Aye, Dark Overlord - play as the dastardly minions of an evil dark lord, trying to explain to him why you failed the mission.
