This group is for anyone who is interested in reading.

Want to immerse yourself in books, but can't find the time?
You've come to the right place!
The What:
We will start small, take baby steps (quite literally!) and peruse picture books.
The How:
Structure:
- We will go through 2 or 3 picture books in one sitting. I will be bringing the books with me so you don't need to have the read the book prior to coming.
- We will follow this up with a discussion on the content, theme, and illustrations in the book. This will be a free-flowing conversation and we'll ensure equal air-time for all participants.
- Since these are picture books, you do not need proficiency in English to enjoy them.
We'll go through these in our upcoming circle:
(i) Owl Moon - written by Jane Yolen and illustrated by John Schoenherr
(ii) The Tree and The River by Aaron Becker
The Why:
Still on the fence about the event? Here's an article that gives you 10 reasons why you should join.
