Grand Opening of the President Barack Obama Main Library

The City of St. Petersburg is celebrating a major milestone this month as the refreshed and reimagined President Barack Obama Main Library officially reopens to the community. Mayor Kenneth T. Welch will host a Welcome Back Ribbon Cutting on Sept. 27 at 9 a.m., followed by the public reopening at 10 a.m. The event marks the return of one of St. Pete’s most beloved community spaces, now transformed into a modern hub for learning, creativity, and connection.

Not a St. Pete Atheists event; however, we can participate as a group.
