Ed & Shelley Panas of the Selling Sarasota podcast will share their podcasting journey. They'll focus on how to get started in podcasting, sharing their journey with it and how it has positively affected their real estate business. Two highlights: Shelley has won multiple listings from people Googling her versus competing agents and depending on the search query she owns 1 to 3 pages of the SERPs. In August Ed decided to get his real estate license to work as Shelley's assistant as well as increasing her marketing as a result of having the podcast. They will bring a one-page hand out with some tips on getting started and a link to their gear kit including what's necessary versus what is just really fun to have.
