Explore the industrial Deux-Rives District in Strasbourg by Bike 🏭 🎨

Hi everyone,

I’d love to invite you to join me for a cycling tour 🚴‍♀️ through the industrial district of Les Deux Rives, right on the border with the German city of Kehl 🇫🇷🇩🇪.

What to expect during the ride :

• 🏭 Learn about the industrial past and ongoing transformations of the area
• 🎨 Discover creative and community spaces in former industrial buildings
• 🌅 A chance to enjoy a beautiful sunset over the Rhine
• ☕ A warm coffee break to chat and rest

Practical info:

• We’ll be using Strasbourg’s bike-sharing system. You can download the Vélhop app in advance and add your payment details (1.20€/hour), or we can set it up together at the start.
• The meeting point is the Vélhop station next to Broglie square : Impasse de l'écrevisse, 67000 Strasbourg
• The route is mostly flat, so no need to be an experienced cyclist.
• Even though you warm up quickly while riding, it can get windy 🌬️ and we’ll be making stops, so please dress warmly 🧤🧣🧦
• The tour is on free donation, in addition to the bike rental. Thank you for joining me for this very first edition!
