Future of Work: shaping social interactions at work post COVID-19

In this online interactive session, we will bring the community together to discuss how our social working life has been disrupted and how to shape the Future of Work for our industry with these learnings.

Specifically, How can we shape social interactions (company culture and networking) in a remote setting by challenging the offline to online direct translation? Currently we are translating offline dynamics to online where this literal translation does not always work, how can we go beyond that? How can we tackle social isolation at work?

We want to engage the community into future-thinking by conveying its values and learning through Design Dialogues:

• ‘there are multiple possible futures,’
• ‘short-termist attitudes are often damaging in the long-term,’
• ‘everyone has a different idea of what a preferable future looks like.’
