Come and share your experience with Agile Transformations and explore what the future might look like from a strategic point of view now that Ai is the new kid on the block.

Across industries, leaders are quietly admitting something uncomfortable: their agile transformation did not deliver what was promised. Frameworks were rolled out, roles were changed, new ceremonies adopted and maybe velocity even improved. And yet… strategic objectives were forgotten while organisational energy often declined rather than improved.

Agenda:
6:30pm - ⌚ Arrivals and pre-networking
6:35pm - 🎤 Chris takes centre stage
7:30pm - 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ Q&A
8.00pm - event concludes.

About the session:

In this interactive session, we’ll explore:

  • Why so many agile transformations stall, regress, or quietly fade away
  • The difference between activity and real value creation
  • Whether we’re entering a “Third Age of Agility” — one focused less on frameworks and more on purpose

This will not be a slide-heavy lecture.

You’ll have the opportunity to share your own experiences — the good, the bad, and the frustrating — and compare notes with others navigating similar challenges. If your agile transformation improved rituals but not results, this session should resonate with you.

We’ll also introduce Purpose-Driven Agility — a principle-led alternative to large-scale framework rollouts and blanket training programmes — and show how it can be applied in your own organisation.

If you’re a leader, transformation sponsor, delivery head, or change agent wondering why agile failed to produce the results you expected, this session is for you.

Don’t miss it.
