The main idea behind Strategy Execution: OKR & Beyond is to discuss how to bridge the gap between strategy and tactics. We will have primarily online events, though in-person events might also happen.
According to different studies the main challenges of bringing strategy to life are: poor goal setting, lack of alignment, inability to track progress, people and daily work are not connected to strategy, no measurements or leading indicators. And these are the challenges that can be addressed by properly implemented OKR framework. But we will not limit ourselves to only the OKR framework, we will go beyond and discuss other instruments, concepts and frameworks.
Along the way we will decide with you what are the other interesting topics to cover in the Strategy Execution theme.
