Thursday, April 23 book choices.

We chose “Woman, Watching: Louise de Kiriline Lawrence and the Songbirds of Pimisi Bay” by Marilyn Simonds

And another book with very good reviews from a popular nature writer about another naturalist I never heard of who also had adventures…. a male naturalist who watched birds.

“ A Most Remarkable Creature: The Hidden Life and Epic Journey of the World's Smartest Birds of Prey” by Jonathan Meiburg

So birds and nature and epic adventures seem like a good fit now that it is spring.
