Year of Pig: Chinese New Year Celebration in London

It is time to celebrate the Year of the Pig in London, with the biggest Chinese New Year celebrations outside Asia.

We will follow the Chinese New Year celebration, the grand parade, featuring the biggest dragon and lion dances. The Chinese parade starts from Trafalgar Square at 10am and snakes its way through the streets of the West End before ending in Chinatown.

We will finish on Trafalgar Square around 1pm, as firecrackers mark the start of the stage performances, including traditional dance troupes, acrobats, dragon and flying lion dances, opera and martial arts performances.
