Women’s Full Body Strength, Shape & Confidence

A welcoming women-only personal Training class designed to help you feel stronger, more confident and comfortable in your body. Through a mix of full-body strength training, body sculpting, conditioning and supportive coaching, you’ll build strength, improve fitness and develop body confidence in a positive and empowering environment.
Suitable for beginners to intermediate fitness levels.

  • Wear comfortable activewear that makes you feel confident and free to move
  • Use clean shoes or socks
  • Please bring water and a row El
  • Arrive 5 minutes early so you can settle in and enjoy the session.
