Class Moved from 14/6 due to very wet weather forecast!
The aim of the class is to try out and learn a variety of movements and some of the principles behind them
In order to keep or regain our youthful abilities, and build strength and adaptability in a range of environments
The class is made up of a combination of bodyweight movements and simple but challenging partner situations, which combine to create a great workout and elicit a variety of reactions, to help us learn and tune into the body
Class is for all levels, feel free to message Ben if you have any questions!
Meet at the Culture Plaza, Tamar Park at 4.50pm, finish around 6-6.15, just before sunset : )
