This 75 minute partner session is designed to give you the best of both worlds: the energy of training with a someone else, and the focused attention of a private session. With supersets and targeted movement patterns, you’ll boost your metabolism while learning to move better and train smarter.

As a Glutebuilder, UFC, and AFAA-Certified Trainer, I’ll guide you through every rep with cues that make a difference.
