In our Lift & Sweat classes, we bring together strength, cardio, and functional training in a small-group setting with a maximum of 8 participants.
A full-body workout with progressive programming, hands-on coaching, and a supportive vibe. You’ll be challenged to give your best and leave each session feeling stronger, fitter, and more confident.
