The Breakdown (40 Minutes)
00:00–00:10 | Phase 1:

Centre & Warm Up We’ll begin with gentle, dynamic movements to wake up the nervous system, heat up the joints, and prepare the body for deeper work.

00:10–00:20 | Phase 2:

Active Strength & Openers This is where the magic happens. We will target the hamstrings and hips using active, strength-based conditioning. By strengthening the muscles while lengthening them, we build the support your body needs to drop lower into your splits.

00:20–00:40 | Phase 3:

Deep Release For the final 20 minutes, we’ll move into deep, restorative stretching. Now that your muscles are warm and strong, your body will safely melt into a deeper passive range of motion.

The Goal
To help you improve your splits, build functional lower-body strength, and leave the mat feeling incredibly open, spacious, and strong overall.

What You Need:

You don’t need a fully equipped studio to get results. Just bring:
💻 A stable internet connection for our live Zoom room
🧘‍♂️ A yoga mat or a thick towel
💧 A bottle of water
