After battling my own addictions for most of my life, I have been sober from alcohol for 11 years. During this transformative time, I have embraced a life of health, fitness, and personal growth. As a certified personal trainer and wellness consultant, I understand the challenges we face, and I’m passionate about helping others overcome their struggles.
