Founded by Agnes, a clinical hypnotherapist with international experience, this group brings together thoughtful, open-minded people who want to spend time in nature and learn to understand stress differently, working with the mind and nervous system rather than against them.
Our meetups combine hikes and nature walks with gentle micro-learning in psychology and self-development. Each gathering offers simple insights, practical tools, and moments of reflection you can carry into everyday life.
This is a space to slow down, connect with others, and manage stress and anxiety in a sustainable way. Through time in nature, social connection, micro- learnings, and meaningful conversations, we focus on awareness, nervous system regulation, and real-life change, step by step.
