We will try to sit still with the present moment.

Through right posture and awareness of breathing, we will relax and try to regain natural seamless clarity of awareness. Awareness means the natural phenomenon of knowing correctly in the right context.

We will try to recognize the state of detached clear seamless awareness so that it can be applied during the day-to-day life. Through seamlessly clear awareness, you live and act differently.

We will briefly discuss natural philosophy behind meditation and address questions if any.

You can use meditation cushion, yoga block or low horizontal chair to sit comfortably with straight lower back. Wear loose comfortable clothes. Avoid heavy meals for 2 hours before the event.

Meditation is free to participate.
