Join us online for a gentle Qigong session designed to help reduce stress, calm anxiety, and bring more ease into your body and mind. Through slow movements, breathwork, and quiet awareness, you will learn simple practices that can help settle the nervous system and create a greater sense of balance.
No experience is needed. This class is open to anyone feeling overwhelmed, tense, mentally busy, or simply in need of a quiet space to slow down. The movements are easy to follow and can be done standing or seated.
During this online meetup we may:

  • Practice calming Qigong movements
  • Use breathing techniques to release tension
  • Learn simple tools to help with stress and anxiety in daily life
  • End with a short guided relaxation

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Create a quiet space where you can move comfortably and take this time for yourself.
