Lower Your Cortisol Level Using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

Please join Paul J. Hermelin, an accredited and certified clinical EFT practitioner, as he teaches you how to lower your cortisol level using basic Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). EFT, also known as “tapping,” is an easy yet powerful, holistic tool you can use to manage your stress and help you feel more focused and relaxed within minutes.

During this workshop Paul will discuss why it is important to lower your cortisol level for optimal wellness. He will then teach basic EFT, which is a process that combines elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure therapy (ET) and acupressure to regulate your nervous system and reduce the intensity of strong, unpleasant emotions and troubling thoughts surrounding difficult or tense circumstances in your life.

Those attending the workshop will have the opportunity to practice EFT and experience the benefits in real time.

In order to maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and to make sure those attending are serious about their wellbeing, a small donation of $5.00 is requested at signup, which can be paid through Venmo to @Paul-Hermelin.

Once you learn basic EFT, you will be able to use it for the rest of your life. A PDF document with all the steps will be emailed to those in attendance who share their email address with the host during the workshop.

  2. All attendees are asked to be respectful of others in the chat in order to maintain a safe space for everyone.
  3. Any person joining the Zoom call who becomes a source of disruption will be immediately removed, reported and not be allowed back in.
