Healing Childhood Trauma with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

Details

Most of us have unhealed traumas from childhood. Feelings of shame or guilt, and limiting beliefs formed during preschool years may be the reason why many have low self-worth, have codependent or people pleasing tendencies, have an anxious, avoidant or disorganized attachment style, or feel anxious and hypervigilant around others to avoid conflict at all cost in order to feel safe, accepted and loved.

Childhood traumas tend to fly under the radar and get overlooked, downplayed or dismissed. Yet these traumas can have devastating, long-lasting effects on how we think, feel and behave as adults, especially in our relationships.

In this online presentation, certified and accredited EFT practitioner, Paul J. Hermelin, will discuss the different types of childhood trauma and the lingering effects they can have on a person's self-worth, and how working with a certified, clinical EFT practitioner can help heal these childhood wounds, so a person can let go and move forward with a renewed sense of hope.

In order to maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and to make sure those attending are serious about their wellbeing, a small donation of $5.00 is requested at event signup, which can be paid through Venmo to @Paul-Hermelin.

Paul J. Hermelin is a certified, clinical Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) practitioner accredited through EFT International. https://eftinternational.org/eft-practitioner/pjhermelin/
