Please join Paul J. Hermelin, a stress-relief coach and EFT practitioner, as he teaches you how to lower your cortisol levels naturally using basic Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)!

EFT, also known as “tapping,” is a powerful yet easy to use holistic method you can use to regulate your nervous system and help you feel more focused and present within minutes.

During the workshop we'll discuss why it is important to lower cortisol levels for optimal wellness. We'll then learn basic EFT, which is a proven process that combines elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure therapy (ET) and acupressure to take us out of "survival mode" and bring us to a more relaxed state, so we feel our best.

Those attending the workshop will have the opportunity to practice EFT and experience its benefits in real time.

A PDF document with EFT instructions can be sent to those in attendance. Just provide an email address during the workshop.
