Welcome to Stress Relief & Self-care Central Valley! I host regular meditations, community events, and metaphysics trainings that give you the knowledge, awareness, and tools to protect and nurture yourself, so that you take good care of others, succeed in life, and have fun in the process!
Most events are in-person as we can connect with each other best when we are physically present and together!
I am Linh - a Certified Guide, Teacher, Life Activation Practitioner in the lineage of King Salomon through the Modern Mystery School. My mission is to help people of Central California and Vietnam express themselves authentically, filling their life with joy and gratitude while creating the relationship of their dreams! I look forward to getting to know you.
