It's Almost Christmas??? - Sparkling Festive Lunch Party

I know what you're thinking -Christmas already!!!! - but get it sorted now and it'll feel like a freebie come Christmas.
We've had such a great time the past 2 years at this festive lunch when we took over the whole event, and honestly, you need to book early or you miss out.
Come along and celebrate the festive season in style with us at the Mercure Hotel where this year's theme is Sparkling.
Ladies, dig out your sparkle (diamantes, sequins), any type of sparkle you can think off, and come along and dazzle like a Princess (anyone got a tiara?).
Gents, we expect you to be in your best 'dressed to the nines' outfit befitting a Prince.
You’ll enjoy a delicious two-course lunch followed by fantastic sounds from the DJ. I'll post the menu when I get it and please remember to let me know of any dietary requirements.
If anyone wants to stay overnight (handy for last minute Xmas shopping) let me know and I'll book your room. Details are given below.
You really should RSVP and make payment asap as this event fills up fast and you really don't want to miss out. Cost is only £30, inclusive of your group fee, (what a bargain!!) and should be paid into our account at time of RSVP. Message me (Margaret) if you require bank details.
Please note that payment is non-refundable unless your place is taken by another member ..... but just think, it's one thing less to pay out in December.
If staying overnight the rate is £90 per room including breakfast. If interested, let me know occupants names and, at the same time, make deposit payment of £30 per room into our account. Balance will be due no later than Monday 4 November 2024.
