To secure your place, full payment is required when you RSVP as I cannot book any places until they have been paid for.

Please note that refunds will only be given if your spot is taken and paid for by another member. The group fee will NOT be refunded if you cancel.

Please also note that the only confirmation you will receive when your payment has been received is that you will be marked as Paid on the event page. Please allow at least 3 days before checking that your payment has been received and you are marked as Paid.

The Village Hotel is on the South side of the river, opposite the OVO Hydro, just over the Squinty Bridge. It is about half a mile from Kinning Park subway station and there is a bus stop outside the hotel served by the Stagecoach X19 and McGills 26, 23 and 23A buses. I’m told these buses can be boarded on Renfield Street.
