In today’s workshop, we are going to explore the scale of vibration.

We live in a time where more and more people begin to question old systems, patterns, and ways of thinking. Many feel an inner shift, a desire to understand themselves, their emotions, and their place in the world on a deeper level.
Today we will explore the concept of the Scale of Vibration, also known as the Map of Consciousness. This model describes how different emotional and mental states correspond to different levels of human awareness and energy ranging from states like shame, guilt, and fear to higher states such as courage, love, and peace.
The idea behind the scale was popularized by physician and consciousness researcher Dr. David R. Hawkins, who studied how human emotions and states of consciousness can be understood as a spectrum of energetic and psychological frequencies.
From a scientific perspective, emotions are not just abstract feelings. They are measurable physiological processes that influence our brain, nervous system, hormones, and our perception. Different emotional states activate different neural pathways and biochemical responses in the body, which directly affect how we think, feel, and interact with the world.
Understanding this connection can help us recognize why we sometimes feel stuck in certain emotional patterns and how awareness, inner work, and conscious regulation of our nervous system can help us shift into more empowered states.
