Just in time for Spooky Fall Season’s outdoor fun in the beautiful fall colors…

Twenty-Fifth Annual
Dead Creek WILDLIFE DAY
…is happening this Saturday. There will be all kinds of event showcases, tents, and food. Enjoy local, wild food samples (at 1pm) and watch the Retriever Dog Demo Showcase at (12:15) on the water just a short walk behind the main building (volunteers will be around if you have trouble finding us). Both events are in or around the main building.

I’m looking forward to getting there before the Retriever show for sure, but I could show-up early for the Beginner’s Bird Walk (fun and educational! See event schedule below) for birdsongs and sightings earlier in the day.

You might want to stay after the meetup for the First Annual Apple Recipe Contest happening 3-3:30, up to you. :)

We will Meetup at the Dead Creek Wildlife Management Area street sign for about 5min to gather then walk over to the event.
