About us
Strong Back Exercise Group is a Berlin-based community for people who want to build a stronger, healthier back through guided exercise and better movement habits.
The group is led by Henri, a physiotherapist at Somana, and focuses on practical, evidence-based sessions designed to improve strength, mobility, posture, and body awareness. Whether you spend long hours sitting, deal with recurring back tension, or simply want to move better and stay pain-free, this group offers a supportive space to train in a smart and sustainable way.
Our sessions combine targeted exercises for the back, core, and overall stability with mobility work and movement education. The goal is not just to “work out,” but to help you understand your body better and build habits that support long-term health.
We welcome people of different fitness levels, including beginners. Sessions take place at Somana in Berlin, where physiotherapy and training come together under one roof.
If you are looking for a thoughtful, guided approach to back health, strength, and movement, you are very welcome to join us.
