Power Back Circuit
Details
Power Back Circuit is a circuit-based training class focused on real-life movement demands and full-body strength. In a small group of up to 8 participants, you train with functional exercises and clear technical guidance to build a strong, resilient back. The class combines free weights, machine-based training, and bodyweight exercises, and is professionally supervised by a physiotherapist.

About the coach:
Henri Jentz is a physiotherapist and coach at Somana with a strong focus on back and hip rehab and performance. He combines precise assessment, manual therapy know-how, and progressive strength training to help you move better, feel stronger, and build long-term resilience. Henri holds a B.Sc. in Physiotherapy and is currently completing an M.Sc. in Musculoskeletal Therapy (OMT), with additional experience in KGG/exercise therapy and group coaching.
