This is a men's work group focused on raw expression - moving through anger, fear, grief, and other heavy emotions together, as a team. Sessions are free to join.
My name is Tom and I have years of experience doing group work across 10+ different styles. I take the best parts of different approaches and blend them into something effective, grounded, and straightforward.
Each session runs about 2 hours and includes:
✅ Social warm-ups using Authentic Relating exercises.
✅ Physical warm-ups (movement practice chosen by group vote).
✅ Deep emotional work—designed to evoke raw expression in a safe, guided container.
When a trigger arises, we pause and shift focus. The group then supports the man or men experiencing it—offering curious questions, silence, and space to help them unpack and process their emotions. This is a crucial step toward healing and emotional resilience.
This group is called Strong-Mind because it cultivates focus, intent, and deeper emotional intelligence. Before your first session, let’s have a quick call to make sure it’s a good fit.
