ADU Bonus Amendments: Land Use & Housing Committee Meeting

The City Land User & Housing Committee will be reviewing proposed amendments to the ADU Bonus Program. this is a critical program for adding reasonable density to the city and controlling housing prices. However, there are issues that need to be addressed without repealing the program entirely. Please attend in person if you can.
