## StrongHER – Women’s Strength Training at OC Gym Bend

StrongHER is a women-focused strength training class at OC Gym Bend created to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency in the gym. This class is about more than just workouts. It’s about showing up for yourself, learning new skills, and being surrounded by a group of supportive women who are all working toward becoming stronger and healthier together. Whether you’re brand new to strength training or have been working out for years, StrongHER is designed to meet you where you are.

Class Schedule
StrongHER meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:15–6:15 PM at OC Gym Bend. The program runs in 8-week sessions, giving you time to build consistency, learn movements, and see real progress.

Who This Class is For
StrongHER is perfect for women who want to get stronger and feel more confident in the gym, build a consistent workout routine, train in a supportive and encouraging environment, improve overall fitness and health, and be part of a motivating community of women. No prior strength training experience is required and all fitness levels are welcome.

Coaching & Support – Each class is led by experienced coaches who will guide you through every workout, help with technique, and provide options so everyone can train safely and confidently.
Accountability – One of the most powerful parts of this class is the accountability. When you join StrongHER, you’re not doing it alone. If you miss a class, we’ll check in and help keep you moving forward.
Community – StrongHER is a place where women show up for themselves and for each other. The positive energy in the room makes it easier to stay consistent and makes training something you’ll look forward to each week.

What to Expect in Class
Each session includes structured strength training workouts, coaching and guidance on movements and technique, options and progressions for all fitness levels, and a fun, motivating group training environment. Our goal is simple: help you get stronger, feel confident in the gym, and enjoy the process along the way.
