Dance is singularly more effective at improving symptoms of depression and anxiety than antidepressants, CBT, other forms of exercise like yoga (renowned for mind-body benefits) and even therapy! Dancing regularly is effectively a holistic health insurance policy for your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing 🥰✨

We combine the somatic therapy of dance with the second silver bullet for health: community. No more rushed conversations as fellow students are leaving - we follow our classes with a warm social so that you can really meet the wonderful souls you dance with and build a genuine community 🌷✨

We kick off our brand new group with our Bachata Heels class (event details to come!), where we nurture your feminine energy, projecting your softness in an elegant yet empowered way. Learn to dance in heels and tap in to the goddess inside ✨

The class will be followed by a social somewhere nearby, to get a drink after the class, or a bite to eat while you connect with other like-minded souls 🌿

In future, we’ll aim to add more dance styles including Reggaeton, Salsa, Commercial and Contemporary ☺️ but this group is to nurture the dance scene in Stroud, so join us to shape what dance styles YOU’d like to see in future!
