What is the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)?
The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a relatively new healing technique discovered by Gary Craig in 1993. EFT combines Ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology with startling results.
-The EFT protocol involves stimulating the acupressure points by tapping with the fingertips while accessing and releasing negative emotions or memories stored in the mind and body. We also tap in positive affirmations to change behaviors and thoughts.
The combination of tapping the acupressure points and voicing positive affirmations works to clear the emotional block from the body's bio energy system, thus restoring the mind and body's balance.
