The Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping on acupressure points) will be demonstrated and all participants will learn the protocol and tap along.
We will discuss the difference between Stress and Anxiety and how stress affects the body and methods to release stress.
We will use EFT (Tapping) to:
Release stress, the #1 determent to your health
Tune into your emotions and release them
Handle challenges with more clarity
Create positive change and joy in your life
Do alternative energy techniques like EFT really work?
Clinical trials have shown that EFT is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress. EFT has met the criteria for evidence-based treatments set by the American Psychological Association for a number of conditions; stress, pain, fear, depression, addictions, and emotional trauma.
Sherry has advanced training in tapping and 23 years of experience. She has helped clients release emotional trauma, depression, stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, and addictions.
