Sound Bowl Meditation and Reiki

Allow us to take you on a sound journey and enter a deep state of relaxation and meditation. Be guided through an initial meditation, followed by a sound healing session using crystal sound bowls of various frequencies that resonate with the seven chakras of the body. Towards the end of the session we offer a Reiki attunement (energy healing/clearing) to anyone interested. The session lasts for 60 mins and you are welcome to stay for some herbal teas and a chat for another half an hour or so.
