Studio Stefan is on the third floor of the Lower Mill Building

Parking:
There is a parking lot connected to the Lower Mill Building and in the event that it is full, there is plenty of free street parking which is walking distance from the Lower Mill Building

Dates & Times:
Day 1 May 10th 9:00AM-5:00PM
Day 2 May 25th 9:00AM-5:00PM
Lunch break is from 1:00-2:00PM each day

What to Bring:
-What ever you need in order to sit comfortably. This class will consist of 14 hours of seated meditation practice and instruction. There is a limited number of meditation cushions and yoga matts that you can claim on a first come first serve basis. Feel free to bring blankets and pillows as you see fit.
-A lunch unless you are eating at a local restaurant. Tk’s On the Falls and Main Street Cafe are walking distance from the Lower Mill, but please be mindful of the one hour lunch break time period if you chose to eat out. There is a mini fridge in the studio where you can store what you bring. There is no means of heating up your meal in the studio.
-A water bottle
-A notebook/ sketchbook & writing implements if you’re interested in taking notes
-A willingness to learn and open-mindedness to your limitless potential
