This lying-down guided meditation is designed to bring the body into profound relaxation while the mind remains gently aware.
​​Through the practice of Yoga Nidra, you are guided into a state between waking and sleeping, where the nervous system can fully relax and the body can release accumulated tension.
​​Live Tibetan singing bowls are included in the session.
​​You’ll be comfortably lying down throughout the entire practice.
There is no movement and no effort required.
