This lying-down guided meditation is designed to bring the body into profound relaxation while the mind remains gently aware.
Through the practice of Yoga Nidra, you are guided into a state between waking and sleeping, where the nervous system can fully relax and the body can release accumulated tension.
Live Tibetan singing bowls are included in the session.
You’ll be comfortably lying down throughout the entire practice.
There is no movement and no effort required.
This session is ideal if you:

- Need deep recovery
