Everything you need to know (and more) about the Usui System of Reiki Healing including:

Healing yourself and others both in person and from a distance
Healing situations past, present and future.

Class Agenda
Part 1 (10AM - 12PM)
The first part of the class with focus on:
A brief History and the Lineage of Reiki
The 7 Main Chakras
Protection and Grounding Procedures
The 5 Reiki Principals/Precepts,
The Reiki Hand Positions for Self Healing

Attunements (12pm - 1PM) - Attunements to levels 1 and 2 of Reiki will take place

Break (1pm - 1:45pm) - A light, lunch from Nancy's Sky Garden will be served.

Part 2 (2pm - 6 pm) **NOTE: Class may end sooner depending on the number of students - the more students the more time is needed
The second portion of the class will cover:
The hand positions for healing others
The sacred Reiki symbols that intensify the channeling of Reiki energy and help direct it in more specific ways
How to heal from a distance
Body scanning,
Clearing energy
and more...

Each student will get a few minutes on the table as we all practice our hand positions and beam you with our wonderful healing energy.
Students will leave feeling blissed out and holding their Reiki 1 and 2 practitioner certificate allowing them to dive right in and begin their journey as Usui Reiki Practitioners.

Also included:
A digital copy of the Reiki 1 and 2 Manual that you can refer to at home
A paper cheat sheet booklet that has the Reiki Precepts Printout that you can frame or pin to your wall A A printout of each of the Reiki Symbols
A healthy and delicious lunch

We want to meet you. Please sign up to bring your favorite, easy to eat while standing dish. There will be some seats but not tables to sit down and eat a full meal. We will mostly be walking around and mingling while enjoying the great vibes of the plant shop and yoga space.
